How are you going to do that? What steps will you take to build trust and credibility. Most business and marketing and sales gurus agree:

Build trust and credibility.

Add value.

Build your list.

First, you want people to find you and get to the information about your services and products.

Second, you will offer people value, e.g. information they want and need, including information that demonstrates that you have knowledge that's relevant and solutions to their problems. You need to show people that you are genuine and have a sincere desire to help them. If you demonstrate your knowledge, solutions and desire to help, you will begin to build trust and credibility.

Building Your List

The next step of your marketing and sales process is to offer people relevant information, some solutions and/or more opportunities to learn what they want in exchange for their contact information and permission to stay in touch with them. You will build your most valuable business asset, your list, by adding value. The people on your list become long-term prospects for your products and services. Those who become your customers will become raving fans (and the source of endless referrals) because they find you to be a source of relevant, practical and valuable services and products -- and customer service.

For more information, try these sources:

1. Book Yourself Solid information at www.bookyourselfsolid.com where you can get a free chapter of Michael's book.

2.
